Position Purpose: This position will be responsible for managing a geographic region (Latin America) of retail play locations. The focus of this role is the advancement of Wizards of the Coast organized play programs, promotion of Wizards of the Coast products, and achievement of play metric objectives. Effective management of retail relationships will require this individual to maintain regular contact with key decision makers and identify and nurture opportunities for growth. Most customer interactions will be conducted from the office however periodic travel may be required.

Position Purpose: This position will support and lead a digital business team by: Leading and innovating the management of the product development process, ensuring that products are completed on schedule, on budget, and to the specifications set forth by Brand and Business team leadership. Researching, analyzing and making recommendations regarding current market trends to identify new product/market opportunities, innovations in Organized Play (OP) and business intelligence activity. Strong organizational, communication and decision-making skills are required of this position, as it will be in regular contact with business partners, third party partners, and licensees.
