This podcast contains strong language.
The power of the primal sandstorm has scoured a thousand years of dust away from this ancient site; the four pillars the party saw extend downward, a hundred feet, and these four elemental monuments stand outside an ancient temple whose courtyard is now a rickety tower of bones.
The ruins themselves are bizarre to the modern eye. Inside, bas reliefs appear to show people drowned in great bodies of water, and empty springs and waterways inside speak to a radically different way of life.
So the party found last time—and commenced their fight against the following creature:
A gaj uses its feathery antennae to invade the mind of its prey, ripping at its victim's thoughts and creating paralyzing terror. A gaj telepathically mocks enemies for their weakness and goads them to foolish action. Their vestigial antennae, though useless as limbs, compel obedience through agonizing psychic lashes.
