ecause of potential delays in tournament reporting due to the recent Wizards Event Reporter (WER) upgrade, Wizards of the Coast is changing the invitation policy for 2011 National Championships. Effective immediately, the date on which Total Rating–based invitations to 2011 Closed National Championships will be determined and announced is changed from May 18 to June 1, 2011. Tournament uploads must be received by May 30, 2011 in order to be included in the June 1 ratings publish.
