Playtest Group of the Month
(October)

More About Us:

Jeremy Cronk
Age: 22
Residence: Sacramento CA
Amount of experience playing AD&D: 6 years
Gaming style: Likes to play around with concepts, rules, and ideas until something interesting (or incredibly lame and annoying) happens.

Bridget Cronk
Age: 22
Residence: Sacramento CA
Amount of experience playing AD&D: 10 years
Favorite type of character: I prefer to play fighter-types, but I try wizards every now and then. My favorite characters so far are the paladin I've been playing for the last 2 1/2 years, and the big, bad orc I played for about a year before that. >:)

Kristen Dawes
Age: 16
Residence: Sacramento CA
Amount of experience playing AD&D: 4 years
Ideal game: A game that's strongly plotted without losing a sense of humor.

Nathan Dean Wilder
Age: 23
Residence: Sacramento CA
Amount of experience playing AD&D: 10+ years
Favorite class: "I prefer specialty priests. I once played assassins on a regular basis, and killed off my party for the treasure throughout the night without incriminating myself, but I guess those days are past. Too bad, that was fun."

Kevin Pogue
Resides: Sacramento CA
Age: 23
Amount of experience playing AD&D: 13 Years
Kevin has a disturbing inclination toward playing female characters; more specifically, towards playing tall, large-breasted, Amazon fighters. He always presents the feeble rationale that there aren't enough female characters in the party, and that women make up more than half the population. Fellow gamers blame this inclination on a strange mental disorder that has arisen from Kevin's diet of solely grease for the last 10 years. He has recently converted to playing a paladin of his own gender, and the prognosis is good.

John Waters
Age: 21
Residence: Sacramento CA
Amount of experience playing AD&D: 13 years
John says: "I enjoy playing anything that allows me to cheat the rules, which is why I like Skills and Powers."

This is Electra, who contributed almost as much to the playtesting process as Nathan did.

Quote of the Week:

"You guys are doing a great job, as far as I can tell, and I'm not worried in the least that the finished product will be anything less than excellent."
