A lthough the Twisted Tower of Ashaba is the seat of power in Shadowdale, the place of greatest influence in the town is the Old Skull. It serves as the not-so-secret gathering place of defenders of the dale, enemies of the Zhentarim, and adventurers looking to explore Cormanthor or venture into the Underdark.
