As you might have noticed, the Top 8 of Pro Tour–Berlin contains six "ELVES!" decks. Here's a table showing the cards that the six decks have in common:

That's a little rough to take in all at once, so we'll break it down a bit. First, here are the cards that each deck has four of. This is the core of the deck.

Next, the things that make the decks most different: the "one-ofs" that are used for specific purposes, like killing artifacts or opponents. This is where we differentiated among the various Elves! decks; the decks with Predator Dragon are "Dragon Elves," the decks with Mirror Entity are "Elvish Entities," and the decks with Grapeshot are "Grapeshot Elves."

The rest of the nonland cards fill in the area in between. Wirewood Hivemaster would be an essential four-of, except that Luis Scott-Vargas has eschewed it in favor of Elves of Deep Shadow and Weird Harvest.

Note that Elvish Visionary appears in quantities of 1, 2, 3, and 4!

Finally, the land. Everyone has some amount of Forests, although Scott-Vargas prefers his to be Snow-Covered.

The land appears to be largely up to individual taste, with Saito keeping well out of Blood Moon range with 16 of his 17 land being basic Forests. Everyone is playing 17 land, except for Scott-Vargas, who is living life to its fullest and only playing 16 land.

The sideboards are a mixture of overlapping cards (everyone has extra Viridian Shamans) and individual choices (Saito is the only one with Blasting Station or Gleeful Sabotage, Juza is the only one with Naturalize or Voidstone Gargoyle, Doise has Seal of Primordium and an extra Chord of Calling, Thaler has Choke and Sundering Titan, and Scott-Vargas has Mycoloth, Nullmage Shepherd, and a spare Pendelhaven).
