Q: What is WER?
A: WER is Wizards Event Reporter, the event scheduling, running and reporting tool for the Wizards Play Network. The WPN provides WER free of charge to our event organizers.
Q: What if I need help using WER?
A: WER has a guided help function, inline help, and a glossary to assist users. In addition, we have a forum dedicated to WER on the Wizards community pages
Q: Why should I use WER over older DCI Reporter versions or the Online reporting tool?
A: WER is the only system that allows you to schedule, run and report your events from one program. Other software options allow you to do only portions of what WPN events require.
Q: I think I found a bug using WER. Is there a list of known issues so I can check it out?
A: There is a forum topic dedicated to this on the Wizards Community pages
Q: I didn't see my bug listed in the forum. Where can I submit a bug report?
A: Bugs can be submitted here.
Q: I have a specific feature I'd like to see in WER. Where can I recommend adding the feature?
A: The WER Development team is constantly adding new features to WER. If you have a feature idea that would improve running your store's events, please send it to the same place you submit bugs (the link above).
